General
Welcome to Lazy Ant. Your use of lazyant.co and any purchases made through it are subject to the terms below. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
Use of the Site
The site may be used for lawful purposes only. You may not use it in a way that could harm the site, its proper operation, or other users. We may restrict or suspend access to the site at any time at our discretion.
Prices and VAT
All prices on the site are stated in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by law, unless stated otherwise. We may update prices from time to time; the binding price is the one displayed at the time your order is completed.
Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted only once payment confirmation is received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing or description errors, lack of stock, or suspected misuse. In such cases you will be fully refunded.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat ₪32 per order. Orders over ₪299 ship free. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Further details appear on our Shipping Policy page.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that the payment details provided are correct and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Referral Rewards Program
Customers may share a personal referral link. For every 5 kg of coffee purchased by new customers through the link, the referring customer earns one free 250g bag of coffee. The reward is personal and is non-transferable, non-convertible and not redeemable for cash. We may change, limit or discontinue the program and its terms at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including text, design, logo and images, is owned by or lawfully used by Lazy Ant and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Products and services are provided as is. Subject to applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability, to the extent it applies, shall not exceed the amount of the relevant order. Nothing here limits your rights under Israel's Consumer Protection Law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
