Cancellations & Returns Policy
Your rights when cancelling an order and returning products, under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations.

Right to Cancel
In a distance-selling transaction, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving the transaction-details document, whichever is later, all in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
Roasted Coffee - A Perishable Good
Please note: roasted coffee is a perishable food product. Under the Consumer Protection regulations, perishable food goods are exempt from the right of cancellation once they have been supplied. Accordingly, supplied coffee cannot be returned, except in cases of a defect or non-conformity as described below.
Unopened Products
If you received a sealed, undamaged bag of coffee and wish to cancel, contact us promptly. We will review each request on its merits and do our best to accommodate you within the law, provided the product is unopened and undamaged.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a product that is defective, expired, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, we will replace it or refund the full amount, including shipping, at our cost. There is no need to return the defective item unless we ask you to.
How to Open a Request
To cancel an order or report a damaged or wrong item, contact us by email at hello@lazyant.co or on WhatsApp at +972-55-956-4610. Please include your order number and, for a defect, a photo of the product, to help us resolve it faster.
Refund Method and Timing
An approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approving the cancellation or return. For a cancellation that is not due to a defect, a cancellation fee may be deducted as permitted by law (up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower).
