Here are a few of the stories.
I said I love strong coffee, but not the kind that leaves bitterness in your mouth. After a few questions about my taste and my machine at home, I got a blend that felt like someone actually listened to me.

I said exactly what I like and what I don't: chocolatey and round, yes; sharp and acidic, no; and none of that burnt bitterness at the end. That is exactly what I got. It's the first time the coffee at home tastes better to me than the coffee out.
Asaf · Haifa
Albert's questionnaire was short, but it asked exactly the right things: how I brew it (a short espresso, home machine), how strong I like it, and what bothers me. What came back felt like a coffee tailored to me, not one picked off a shelf for me.
