There is no form here and no need to sign up. Your taste profile is built in a short WhatsApp chat with Albert - he asks a few questions, and from the answers we roast a fresh blend to that exact taste, with the name you chose on the bag.

What Albert asks

• How you brew coffee at home - espresso machine, filter or moka pot
• How strong you like it
• Which flavours you like and which you don't - acidity, bitterness, chocolatey, fruity
• When you drink it - the morning cup, the afternoon, or all day

Then we fine-tune it
